HUD

HUD (Head-Up Display) is a tool that helps to make better decisions when playing poker.
HUD is an easy-to-use and helpful tool that is displayed right on the poker table.
HUD collects and displays information about how the opponents are playing.

HUD shows your opponents' preflop playing style, which will help you understand which cards they are playing with.
HUD shows the aggression of opponents on the post-flop, which gives an understanding of how often they bet.
Additionally, the HUD shows how lucky the opponent is in the game.

Note: opponent's HUDs are displayed if the player has played 10 hands with an opponent on the table or in a tournament.
The player's HUD is displayed when you have played 10 hands on the table or in a tournament.

Game style

The player’s preflop style is useful to determine which hands the opponent is playing and how aggressively he is doing it.

Players who usually play a small number of only the best hands are called tight players. Players who often play a variety of hands are called loose players.
Players who tend to avoid confrontation and play non-aggressively are called passive players.
Players who frequently raise on the preflop are called aggressive players.
The fact that a player is tight or loose does not indicate how the player plays the hand, but only indicates the range of hands.
But at the same time, how they play these hands – passively or aggressively – will determine which style the opponent plays.
HUD defines 5 game styles: Nit, Rock, Shark, Auto-caller, Maniac.

Nit - Very tight player
Plays a small percentage of hands.
Rock — Tight passive player
Plays an average number of hands, raises rarely.
Shark — Tight-aggressive player
Aggressively plays large number of hands.
Auto-caller — Loose-passive player
Plays a large number of hands without raising regularly.
Maniac — Loose-aggressive player
Aggressively plays most hands, raises or re-raises opponents more often than calls.
Note: VPIP (Voluntary put $ in pot) – the percentage of voluntary participation in the hands;
PFR (Preflop raise) – the percentage of raises on the flop.

Aggression

Knowing the opponent's aggression on the post-flop is useful for understanding what the player does more often: call or raise.

If a player calls more often, then they tend to passively play good hands, or continues to play with a weak hand.
If a player raises more often, then it is more comfortable for them to bet than to call other people's bets.
HUD defines 3 levels of aggression: Low, Average, High.

Low aggression
A player equalizes other people's bets more often than he makes a bet or raise himself.
The style icon turns blue.
The formulas are the same for all games: AFq < 30
For example, for a player with nit style and low aggression, the game style icon will look like this:
Average aggression
An adequate level of aggression. The player has a good understanding of the game.
The style icon turns silver.
The formulas are the same for all games: AFq 30-60
For example, for a player with shark style and average aggression, the game style icon will look like this:
High aggression
Bets or raises much more often than he equalizes others' bets.
The style icon turns orange.
The formulas are the same for all games: AFq > 60
For example, for a player with nit style and low aggression, the game style icon will look like this:
Note: AFq (Aggression frequency) is the percentage of the ratio of aggressive to passive actions in the postflop.

Luck

HUD determines 2 levels of player's luck: Lucky, Unlucky.
The luck level is shown as animation on the player's cards.
Luck shows how often a player has won pots in the last 10 hands.

Lucky — Lucky player
A player who has been lucky lately.
In the last 10 hands, the player has won more than 10 bb in each of 3 different hands.
Unlucky — Unlucky player
A player who has been unlucky lately. In the last 10 hands, the player has lost more than 10 bb in each of 3 different hands.

HUD Tooltip

When you hover over the style or luck icon, a tooltip with the description of the current HUD data will be shown.
If there is no style/aggression/luck, then the corresponding lines are not shown.
